Ed has an undergraduate degree from the University of Plymouth in Plymouth, England and a graduate degree from the University of Washington. Ed has been the project manager for developments ranging from residential and commercial developments for private developers to corridor assessments for public agencies.

Matt has an undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and is a registered PE in the State of Washington. Matt has performed numerous traffic and safety studies for private residential and commercial developments. Matt has also performed analysis for several new and remodeled public and private schools.
|Brad Lincoln, PE
Brad has an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and a Master in Business Administration from Seattle University. Brad has performed analysis for private residential and commercial development, large and small. Brad also has clearance to update the Indian Reservation Roads database.
